At Phive, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely in love with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition. Please note that we do not offer returns on opened or used skincare due to hygienic standards.
How to Initiate a Return

Email us at info@phiveskincare.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges & Damaged Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right immediately—either through a replacement or a refund.
Final Sale Items
Promotional items, gift cards, and limited edition releases are final sale and non-refundable.
